I have had a bit of a nightmare with my AC situation and needed some help quickly and affordably. Those two things don't typically go together with HVAC problems in early summer! I reached out ot JV Mech after reading lots of reviews of different companies and was impressed from the beginning. They were thorough, empathetic to my situation, and worked alongside me for the best solution, which ultimately was a new set of heat pumps for the house. They set me up with Mass Save so I'd get rebates and qualify for 0% interest financing, answer all of my silly questions trying to navigate the office (the ladies in the office are just as great as the techs!) and managed to get me all taken care of before summer has ended. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. They did this all in one day! I don't know how they managed it but there were a million trucks here and it was one and done. They cleaned up well, explained everyhing to me, and even got back to me way after hours when I sent an email with some questions to aleviate some worries I had. The responsiveness is not something I'm used to when dealing with companies like this and it's nice to know I'm covered whenever something comes up in the future. They'll be my "go to" for all my HVAC needs going forward and I'm so happy to have found an honest, caring, local company.
