It was our first time using JV  Mechanical.
Both the administrator answering the phone and the plumber who performed the work, were very professional.  They coordinated perfectly with the water department.
What we had thought was going to be a morning without water, turned out to be only a little over an hour.
The plumber was very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and did a great job repairing our main.

I met with Nekelle this morning and she was very friendly and polite. She provided a very detailed overview of heat pumps and installation options that would work best for us. She answered all my questions in a very patient and informative manner. I felt at ease with her and did not experience any "pressure" sales tactics. She concluded her visit with a promise that a quote would be provided today and I did receive it as promised!!

JV Mechanical recently installed new Mitsubishi Mini Split. The techs were very courteous and professional. Kyle was very informative and walked us through all the workings of the app and thermostat. I had an issue with a hybrid hot water heater which my traditional plumber could not repair. He recommended JV Mechanical who responded very fast and was ready to respond right away but helped trouble shoot from phone and it started working g. We then set up a cleaning and they did a great job and the tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! I would rate this company as very responsive and knowledgeable staff. As new commercial customer you wouldn't think we would be at the top of the list. But on two of the hottest days, we had AC issues and JV resolved the issue in less than 2 hours of our call - great service !!
