Conditions

We agree to:

  1. Inspect the equipment on a scheduled basis as shown, and during each inspection perform the applicable services via the above checklist.
  2. Instruct you in the operation of the equipment.
  3. Give our service contract holders preference over all other service activities normally undertaken by us.

You agree to:

  1. Operate the equipment according to our instructions.
  2. Promptly notify us of any unusual operating conditions of the equipment.
  3. Permit only our service personnel and/or a service organization authorized by us to work on the equipment.

General:

During the term of this agreement, JV Mechanical Contractors, Inc. will take all reasonable precautions to prevent injury to persons and avoid damage to property while performing services on the premises. However, JV Mechanical shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.

JV Mechanical shall not be responsible for equipment failure, losses, or defects resulting from vandalism, fire, flood, wind, acts of nature, or other conditions beyond our control.

In such cases, repairs required due to these circumstances will be billed at the current rates for parts and labor at the time service is performed. No repairs or additional work will be completed without prior authorization from the customer.

As part of the Maintenance Agreement, customers will receive a 15% discount on service agreement parts.
