Important Plan Details

  • Listed pricing reflects one annual service visit.
    • Two visits per year are available at double the listed monthly rate.
    • Prepay one year or more in advance and receive a 5% discount on qualifying JV Mechanical–installed systems.
    • FX model ductless indoor units require two filter replacements every five years at an additional $120.50.
    • Pricing subject to change based on market conditions.
    • All systems must qualify upon inspection prior to enrollment.

Heating System Service Plans

Plan A – Tankless On-Demand Water Heaters (LP or Natural Gas)

Designed specifically for non-condensing and condensing tankless systems to maintain factory warranty and long-term efficiency.

Service Includes:

  • Flush and descale heat exchanger
  • Clean venting and intake piping
  • Gas leak inspection and gas pressure (PSI) verification
  • Inspect condensate pump and neutralizer (if applicable)
  • Confirm proper system operation and efficiency

Pricing: $29/month

Plan B – Gas Boilers (Cast Iron & Wall-Hung)

Comprehensive service for residential gas boiler systems.

Service Includes:

  • Flush and descale heat exchanger – (Wall-Hung Boilers)
  • Clean vent and intake
  • Inspect all safety controls
  • Gas leak inspection and gas PSI check
  • Inspect condensate pump and neutralizer
  • Check circulators, zone valves, mixing valves
  • Inspect water regulator and backflow preventer
  • Confirm proper operation and efficiency
  • Brush boiler sections – (Cast Iron Boiler)
  • Perform combustion test and efficiency analysis

Plan C – Oil Boilers & Furnaces

Full combustion and safety service for oil-fired heating systems.

Service Includes:

  • Replace oil filter cartridge and nozzle
  • Brush and clean boiler
  • Clean combustion chamber
  • Inspect smoke pipe
  • Perform combustion test and efficiency analysis
  • Confirm proper system operation
