All of their work was high quality, they were able to meet all of my installation requests when it came to where the hoses and drain pipes went, and were very helpful going through the entire Mass Save rebate program for their heat pumps. Just make sure to touch base with the installation crew before they start work the day of if you made any special requests to make sure everyone is on the same page.
